UPDATE: Due to a delay in obtaining this year's hop blend, this brew day has been postponed. We'll provide the new date once it's confirmed.
Fancy getting on board with the wonderful women helping propel the beer industry towards a brighter and more inclusive future? On February 23 the Aussie chapter of the global non-profit Pink Boots Society is hosting one of its regular brew days – and you're welcome to join them.
It's happening at Tasmania's Van Dieman Brewing, where you'll be able to mingle and network with the superstar local ladies of the industry and help brew a beer to add to the fine collection the growing collective has created over the years.
You're advised to be there at 8:45am for a 9am start, with the scheduled end time somewhere around 4pm. Lunch will be provided.
For members in the Hobart/South area, transport will be leaving from Hopco offices/Boekamp Bier (73/75 Albert Road, Moonah) at 6:30am. Those in Launceston and the wider North, plus non-members, will need to get in touch with PBS Tassie coordinator Heidi Skeels at email@example.com to lock in a ride.
The brew day is free to attend, but you'll still need to RSVP using this ticketing link.
