It's the dawn of a new era of delicious possibilities for Co-Conspirators as they lay the tables for the first 'Small Axe' degustation dinner at their Brunswick home – and launch a new beer for good measure.
On May 20 the The Nonna Italian Pilsner will be the new star guest of a four course feast, where each of those is paired with a different Co-Conspirators beer. If you like the looks of this menu, make your booking at the link below.
- Starter: Harvey Bay scallop crudo, fennel, orange + capers OR Beetroot carpaccio, fennel, orange + capers (v)
- Pasta: Pan-fried chestnut gnocchi with pine mushroom ragu (v)
- Main: Braised lamb, broad bean cream and stinging nettle OR Smoked eggplant, broad bean cream and stinging nettle (v)
- Dessert: Pistachio + almond torte, yoghurt granita + orange blossom syrup (v)
