Stein & Swine – AKA Crispyfest – is The DTC's epic homage to all things Oktoberfest. It'll feature 22 taps pouring German classics and other locally-inspired flavours of the Reinheitsgebot; expect a big evening of Kolsch, Festbier, Marzen, Dunkel, Hefe, Pilsner and much more.
Big Don's Smoked Meats will be in the house taking care of the Schwein and other necessary treats, and beyond that how much more do you really need to know?
