Gypsy Kiss Collab Launch At Grape & Grain

Collaborations are a frequent sight in the beer industry but they don't normally look like this.

Gypsy Kiss is a seven-way collaboration between Melbourne breweries without their own homes and its arrival feels like a personal attack on the phrase "too many cooks spoil the broth."

In this case, the beery broth is a blood orange pale ale made by AVNGE Brewing, The Boys Brewing, Five' 3”, Frexi, Firehouse 51, Warrandyte Brewing Co and The Zythologist.

It's quite a collection of brewers, who all got together at Killer Sprocket to load a fruited pale with El Dorado, Galaxy and Citra hops to create one fruit bowl of a beer.

If you'd like to be the first to try it, it's launching at the southeastern craft beer and good time haunt, Grape & Grain on March 25.

You can enjoy the beer on tap or grab some cans, while beers from the collaborative brewers will be pouring on the bar's other taps too.
