When it comes to fresh hop beers, few local breweries have been doing it as long, gotten so intimately involved, or sold the concept to the masses as much as Bridge Road.
With their 2023 editions – Dark Harvest and Hazy Harvest, made in collaboration with Firestone Walker and Fox Friday respectively - dropping in time for the High Country Hop Festival, the Prince Alfred Hotel in Port Melbourne is taking the opportunity to celebrate with a tap takeover.
You can join them and Toby from Bridge Road on March 31 to talk all things hops, enjoy complimentary tasters, and maybe pick up some free merch too.
They'll have the new harvest beers on tap, plus the Sunsoaker hazy pale ale and Eggster triple chocolate ale, with a tasting passport that'll get you a pot of each beer.
