The year is set to end with a rather large and delicious bang at The Beer Bar as the Alexandria boozer rounds out its 2023 calendar of events with a celebration of all things Mountain Culture.
Kicking off in earnest on December 8, you'll be able to tuck into a range of beers from the highly regarded west-of-Sydney brewer, including three new and freshly-kegged limited releases on tap. For good measure, there'll be two-for-one beers from 6-8pm, $20 tasting paddles, and merch giveaways so you'll have the chance to go home looking better than when you went in.
Then the following Friday, December 15, Mountain Culture's main man, the eternally beaming founder/brewer DJ McCready, will be making his way down from the Blue Mountains and parking up at the bar to share a few beers and regale stories from a well-travelled life in beer. If you'd like to say hi, he'll be there from about 6-8pm and the aforementioned two-for-ones, cheap tasters and merch giveaways will be up for grabs again too.
