The brewery features a spacious venue with two beer gardens, a main bar area with a large tap range of 14 beers, and a function room that can accommodate over 100 people for special events, complete with its own private bar. The brewery has a strong social media presence with over 6000 followers.
Food services are provided by The Hungry Devil food van (owned by the brewery), which is situated inside the building and operates under a lease agreement, with a percentage of sales benefiting the brewery.
The brewery also boasts a fully fitted mobile caravan bar, ideal for functions, parties, and beer festivals. The caravan is equipped with a four-tap beer system, cocktail bar, and slushie machine, making it a popular attraction at beer festivals such as GABS Sydney, Geelong, Canberra, and St. Kilda.
The Thirsty Devil Brewery brews and cans all its beers onsite, with a current repertoire of 26 beer recipes, and also distils vodka and gin onsite. Additionally, a barrel aging program is in place, utilizing whiskey barrels. The brewery has a growing wholesale list with significant potential for increased sales.
The brewery is currently open to the public during the following hours (winter schedule): Wednesday and Thursday from 4 PM to 9 PM, Friday from 4 PM to 11 PM, Saturday from 12 PM to 11 PM, and Sunday from 12 PM to 7 PM. Summer hours may vary.
