We seek a passionate and experienced Lead Brewer from Australia to join our team in India. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of an emerging craft beer culture, contributing your expertise to our rapidly growing operations. You'll work alongside a dynamic team, pushing boundaries and innovating within this exciting market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the brewing process, from recipe development to final production.
- Manage day-to-day operations in the brewhouse and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Experiment with ingredients and techniques to create new, market-leading craft beers.
- Train and mentor local brewing teams, sharing your expertise in modern brewing technologies and traditional practices.
- Monitor fermentation and packaging processes, ensuring product consistency.
- Work closely with the management team on product development, market strategy, and expansion initiatives.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in brewing, ideally with a craft brewing background in Australia or internationally.
- Strong understanding of brewing processes, equipment, and quality control.
- Ability to innovate and adapt traditional brewing styles to cater to new markets.
- Leadership skills, with experience managing teams and production operations.
- A passion for craft beer and a desire to help shape a new brewing scene in India.
