For a whopping 17th year, the capital will be bouncing to the beat of delicious beer as the Canberra Craft Beer & Cider Festival makes its return in 2024. 

Taking place on March 16 at the Mercure Canberra in Braddon, 40 producers from across the country will be serving up more than 250 different craft beers, ciders and spirits at one of the country's longest-running beer events.

Expect top drops from 48 brewers large and small, including the likes of Coastal Brewing, Sydney Brewery, Mountain Goat, Bucketty’s, Thirsty Devil, One Drop and heaps more.

As ever, there will be fresh food for all tastes – BBQ meat, nachos, burgers, fish & chips and wraps, live entertainment from local bands The Burley Griffin and Plump Band, charity raffles, and family-friendly activities including giant Jenga, cornhole, face-painting and a jumping castle.

The fun continues after the festival finishes, with a shuttle service the Skyfire fireworks at Lake Burley Griffin.

Tickets start at just $33 and kids under 12 are free.
