Whether through sheer blind luck or a steadfast belief in the awesome power of a West Coast IPA (or perhaps a little of both), Working Title has managed to navigate through the many and varied challenges of the modern economy and is all set to celebrate a third birthday.
If you'd like to join them – and, let's face it, you should – all you need to do is get along to their Newstead home on March 30 with a smile on your face and a massive thirst for hops. That's because they'll be releasing three new West Coast IPA derivatives, each more powerful than the last; first is the West Coast IPA, then comes the West Coast DIPA, followed by a West Coast TIPA, with the beasts clocking in at seven, nine and eleven percent ABV respectively.
The taproom will also be serving up a paddle and food pairing featuring three different flavours of wings paired to the three beers, while there'll also be a birthday cocktail special, spritz special and every drink purchased on the day will earn you a ticket in the draw to win a mixed carton, third birthday commemorative glass and a birthday tee. And, of course, there will be cake.
If you're interstate and would like a taste, the birthday beers will also be pouring at Mixtape Brewing in Marrickville and Benchwarmer in West Melbourne.
