Billed as "karaoke's crazy cousin", Beer Choir is a bunch of fun for anyone game enough to share their voice. No matter whether you're a fantastic singer, believe you're a fantastic singer, or are fully conscious of your inability to hold a note, the power of the Beer Choir comes from the collective.
Once you've got a beer in hand, your hosts Valanga and Sello (proper vocalists who do musicals like The Lion King) and Bright Mathonsi (a workshop facilitator from Soweto), will be teaching tunes from South Africa and beyond in a memorable and uplifting afternoon of song.
There's absolutely no experience required – just BYO voice (and some mates to form a choir, if you want). Burnley will bring the beers, including $25 jugs, and they'll be fundraising for the Noah’s Ark Children’s Home.
