Do you like laksa? Do you like beer? Do you like drinking beer and eating laksa at the same time?
If so, there's only one place you'll want to be and that's Molly Rose Brewing as they bring Darwin's legendary International Laksa Festival down to Melbourne for a day of amazing colour and flavour.
Head to the Collingwood brewery on July 7 and you'll be able to to indulge in award-winning laksa and laksa-inspired dishes, with stalls set up by chefs from the Northern Territory and Melbourne; votes will be tallied and the state with the most gets all-important bragging rights.
There'll be free cooking demonstrations from the guest chefs so you can learn how to make you own paste and up your laksa game considerably. They'll also have laksa eating competitions with mighty spicy stuff on the menu and prizes for those who can take the most punishment.
And there'll also be some very special masterclasses, hosted by Molly Rose founder and brewer Nic Sandery, where you can create your own custom laksa-inspired bottle of gin.
