Long-time readers will be aware that in 2023, after 13 eventful years and plenty of wonderful beers, La Sirene were forced to say farewell to their brewery in Alphington.
But, as is often the way, the closing of that chapter was simply the start of the next one, and the setting for it turned out to be the suburb of Reservoir where they've spent the last year establishing a lovely new home for Bar La Sirene.
To mark that milestone, on November 9 they're hosting their first 'Rezza-Versary' with an all-day celebration where they'll be pouring 14 taps of top notch beer and digging into their back catalogue of rare and limited release bottles; that will include super limited magnums of wild ales that'll be opened throughout the day (first in, best dressed!).
The always-excellent food menu has been jazzed up for Spring, and there'll be a long list of seasonal wines, non-alcs, spritz and cocktail too.
