There are a lot - a lot – of reasons to love Gippsland, and a beer festival that celebrates the best of their local producers is like icing on that beautiful cake (or the froth on your beer, if you will).
If you'd like a truncated taste of the region, the 2024 Gippsland Beer Fest is set to take place on November 16 at the lovely old Tinamba Hotel where they'll have the best brewers from around Gippsland in for the day pouring some of their freshest and finest.
They'll have live music and entertainment all day long, including from 'The Voice' finalist Mick Harrington, plus heaps of top food and live open fire cooking demos throughout the day.
If you're heading to the festival under your own power, general admission tickets cost just $25. If you'd prefer to take the booze bus, they have ticket options that include connections from Sale (via Maffra), Traralgon (via Glengarry/Toongabbie/Cowwarr/Heyfield), Bairnsdale (via Stratford) , Coongulla and Lake Glenmaggie.
