- $65,000 – $70,000 per year

Bridge Road Brewers first came to life back in 2005, from humble beginnings in a tiny shed on Bridge Road in Beechworth to quickly outgrowing and relocating to the current location where the team has been producing top-quality beers since 2006.
Due to growth in the business, we are looking to find a talented and confident Chef/Experienced Foodie to join our family & employee-owned business based in Beechworth, Victoria and become a part of the Bridge Road Brewers story. We have this opportunity available on a full-time basis.

What's on the menu
With Bridge Road Brewers, as a Chef/Experienced Foodie, you'll be reporting to the Executive Chef while spending your days creating great tasting and quality meals for our dedicated customers to enjoy together. The key responsibilities in the role include, but are not limited to:
- A broad spectrum of kitchen operational activities, predominantly hand-stretched pizza, small + big plates and side dishes
- Completing the opening/closing procedure checklist if this is your rostered shift for the kitchen
- Communicate to customers + team in a friendly, clear, accurate and informative manner
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety practices
- Ensure hygiene standards are maintained and compliance requirements met

The ingredients you'll need
In this exciting and rewarding role, you must be someone that is respectful to all people and confident in your abilities, and able to keep up with fast-paced peak periods, as well as being able to bring a great attitude to Bridge Road Brewers.
To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience in a Chef/Cooking role working within a busy kitchen and understanding kitchen operations. You will also be required to have a Food Handlers Certificate, full unrestricted driver's licence and be prepared to work nights and weekends (no later than 9 pm).
