Magnum party. Koelship showcase. Collaboration launch... Even by their standards, La Sirène's mini residency at Bar Spotana is set to be something pretty special.
The Brunswick bar – which specialises in all things spontaneous of a wine, beer and cocktail bent – will be welcoming in the Reservoir brewers on November 21 for a wide-ranging taste of their catalogue.
The star feature is set to be the pouring of an eight year old Coolship Ale, which has been given a bit of extra pep by being rested on second-use mandarins from Bar Spontana's cocktail program; it'll be available on tap, but not for long.
They'll also be cracking open some limited magnums, and pouring a selection of other beers on tap. And as a little bonus, the La Sirène team will be there for a beer and a chat about all things wild.
Walk-ins are welcome, but bookings are recommended (you can make one here). Head along anytime from 6pm.
