Explore the wonders of the beer world from one of its most farthest flung outposts as the Hobart Brewing Company hosts a mighty feast.
Over an eight course global celebration and degustation HBC’s brewers Scott and Jimmy will take you through the history, folklore and juicy gossip that has taken beer through the ages to the point where we’re at today. In doing so you’ll be treated to six of the brewers’ favourite and/or most inspirational beers from around the world, as well as two that they’ve brewed themselves.
The food will be prepared by local chef Stan Robert from Oyster Cove’s Fat Carrot Farm and he’s only preparing enough for 30 people at the table at the Red Shed, so be in quick if you’re keen for this epic Sunday lunch.
