Holgate Brewhouse, one of Victoria’s leading craft brewers since 1999, is looking for an Assistant Brewer to join our production team to help meet our existing demand and grow further.
This will initially be a part-time three day per week role, but we expect the role will become full time as the brewery grows. The successful applicant will cover all brewery production tasks, from brewing to keg clean/fill, packaging line and general cleaning and warehousing.
The applicant should be a self-motivated team player with a focus on producing consistent, quality beer. A tertiary brewing qualification or food science background is preferable. Forklift license a plus.
