Red Hill Brewery are one of the trailblazers of the Australian craft beer scene, creating a unique lineup of beers on the Mornington Peninsula for more than 15 years.
They're looking to take on an all-rounder keen to experience all facets of a brewpub.
JOB DESCRIPTION: BAR / BREWERY ALL-ROUNDER
Join the friendly team at the Mornington Peninsula's Original Craft Brewery, Red Hill Brewery.
Great craft beer knowledge preferred, not essential. Fast-paced bar and newly-launched restaurant.
The Role:
- Minimum 3-4 days per week, days only, no nights.
- Minimum 2 years experience as Waiter or Bartender required, must be able to run a shift solo in a supervisor capacity, or with other staff as support.
- Experienced applicants only
This is a permanent role, and can be 20-40 hours per week, depending on preference.
Applicant must be available minimum Fri, Sat, Sun, 11am to 6pm. Plus additional work available assisting the brewing team on production/packaging days, if a full-time role is preferred.
