Job Description: NSW Sales Executive
Temple Brewing Co. prides itself on producing premium multi-award-winning craft beers handcrafted in trendy Brunswick East. Having been operating in the industry for nearly 10 years, the aim after a challenging 2020 is to continue pushing boundaries through creativity and innovation. To do this, we are expanding our team and are looking to cement our foot in the NSW market.
We are looking for a well-established and experienced Sales Executive to service the NSW region. The successful applicant will have an undying passion for craft beer, in-depth knowledge of the craft beer industry and possess insight into the NSW market. This role demands strong organisation and communication skills and requires the successful applicant to be self-driven and motivated to succeed in an autonomous environment.
So what will you do?
Sell beer of course…
- Maintain existing on and off-premise customer relationships whilst acquiring new business
- Meet monthly sales literage targets
- Work alongside the national sales manager to develop regional sales plans to increase sales
- Spread brand awareness through organisation and participation of tap takeovers, events and festivals
- Conduct weekly tastings and product training sessions
This role is a full-time position with the expectation of working outside general working hours and weekends as required. The odd opportunity to travel to the brewery in Melbourne may arise. Applicant must have their own car and hold a current driver’s license and RSA.
A competitive salary package of base plus car allowances, phone and laptop.
