Job Description: Sales Rep
Multi-award-winning, Australian-owned and independent, Revel Brewing Co. is located in the vibrant heart of Oxford Street, Bulimba and our expansion brewery in the historic Acetate of Lime Factory in Morningside. We revel in creating hand-crafted, locally-brewed beers that are bursting with personality and flavour.
About the role
- Drive sales of keg and packaged canned craft beer to new clients and markets in the Gold Coast Region.
- Formulation and execution of appropriate sales and marketing strategies in line with the Revel business objectives/strategy to ensure continuous growth in packaged/keg product sales to new markets
- Become a Brand Ambassador of Revel Brewing Co
- Management of promotional activities, events and ensuring Revel Brewing Co is seen consistently and always growing in the Craft Beer Market
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with all local/national customers, suppliers, and brewery peers to ensure Revel Brewing Co is seen as a high-quality brewery that excels in its market
- Create and Maintain high-quality customer relationship management databases and transparent procedures for sales and business development
- Manage promotional events and attend events as brand ambassador regularly
- Assist to manage social media and social media channels
- Other duties as assigned by the Director

Skills and experience
- Relevant tertiary education highly desirable
- Experience in developing Marketing Growth Plans and distribution network management;
- Experience in digital marketing and social media channels
- Ability to bring your sales experience to the craft beer industry
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a small business start-up environment
- Experience in team management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Highly passionate, enthusiastic, team player with excellent communication skills
- Autonomous worker with fine attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and someone who completes each and every job with pride in their work
- Solid understanding (or willingness to learn) of beer styles, flavour profiles, and a passion for pizza!
- Demonstrated ability to generate new ideas, process improvements and most importantly have actually implemented them
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible and fast-growing small business model (i.e willing to wear many hats)
