Fonzie Abbott Coffee Roasters are a Brisbane-based Speciality Coffee Roaster, Brewing Company, Distillery and Leaders in Keeping It Real!
Back in 2010 our founder, Dan, decided that he wanted to brew a batch of coffee he'd want to drink every day, and thus, Fonzie Abbott was born. As the years passed, the roastery paved the way for our brewery, which paved the way for our distillery, turning our humble little headquarters into a one-stop libation shop. Whether you need a Monday morning eye-opener or a Friday arvo sedative, our team is ready to serve hot coffee, cold beer and good chat seven days a week.
Fonzie Abbott has experienced a surge in growth within the brewery and distillery over the past 12 months. To assist us continue down that path, we’re looking for an experienced Brand Ambassador to service our amazing customers and venues in South East QLD across both the Fonzie Abbott Brewing and Wishbone Spirits Brands. We’re on the hunt for someone who’s got friends far and wide in the hospitality industry, along with the knowledge and understanding of local venues. In a perfect world you’ll have a strong sales background with extensive knowledge and passion for all thing’s alcohol. Previous experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
FA is seeking to find someone who is confident, has exceptional communication skills, is customer service focused and most importantly represents the Fonzie Brand. You will work autonomously and have the freedom to collaborate with the brewery team on products, marketing and events.
The Role?
- Delivering on sales plans, building territory plans and working closely with brewery team on strategic priorities
- Growing the FA Brand in a highly competitive marketplace.
- Showcasing our range of products (beer and spirit)
- Tastings, education and activations
- Participating in events and festivals
- Building strong industry relationships
- Dealing with a mix of on-premise and off-premise venues
- Point of contact and supporting our customers
- A detail orientated mindset with excellent organisational skills
What you need: you will be required to have a Full Driver’s License, current RSA and full right to work in Australia. The position is a full-time and you will be based at Fonzie HQ in Albion. The position does require some late night and weekend work.
