An exciting opportunity has arisen to head up our bustling kitchen at Resin Brewing.

Our award-winning landmark restored Heritage Gastro Brewpub combined with a new fully kitted kitchen, is proving ever popular in our bustling seaside community.
We are looking for someone with a passionate individual style and experience to set their mark on the established Resin brand. Our kitchen stands alone and will also combine and compliment the beers, wine and spirits on offer from regular core range to exciting one off seasonals. Regular food pairing nights get us excited!
We’re looking for a head chef that has;
- A passion for food that matches our passion for beer.
- A minimum five years’ senior experience in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Consistency on delivery, presentation and service.
- Trustworthy with a cool head and a positive vibe.
- The ability to manage a small and team and commitment to maintaining a kitchen and work environment to a high standard
This fulltime position will start as soon as possible and will involve consistent evening and weekend hours, as well as working across public holidays. Salary negotiable and commensurate with relevant industry experience.
