Our brewery is in the heart of Australia’s craft-beer capital – Marrickville in Sydney’s inner-west.
We are a small team of passionate people, producing some of the best beers (we think) this side of Pluto. We have a solid core range and a regular special batch program. Sauce is now well established and enjoys a strong brand presence nationwide.
We are looking for an experienced industry professional to head up our national sales team, plus manage key accounts and distributor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a high-performance sales team
- Manage key accounts such as distributors, major chains and banner groups
- Develop new and existing customer relationships with venues and bottle shops
- Drive sales to those customers and support them in driving retail sales
- Regularly visit new and existing customers to facilitate the above
- Operate promotional events such as tastings and festival stalls
- Offer high levels of service and help the business to maintain a reputation for quality
- Represent and promote the Sauce brand with integrity
Qualifications & Experience:
- Significant business development experience in the liquor industry
- Existing relationships and a solid knowledge of key craft beer venues & retailers in Sydney and beyond
- Experience dealing with major brands, distributors and banner groups
- Have expert negotiating and relationship management skills
- Have strong discipline, time management and organisational skills
- Be able to think commercially and strategically
- Have a passion for craft beer and knowledge of the major styles
