Job Summary
Reporting into the Head of Operations this role’s main responsibility is ensuring day-day operational tasks are completed in a timely manner. This is a full-time position based at our Salisbury facility.
The Procurement and Inventory Specialist is a positive, energetic, team orientated individual obsessed with process improvement. You will be responsible for purchasing and inventory control, ERP management and ensuring supply chain workflow is maximised. This role is suited to a detail-oriented person with strong analytic skills and a “can-do” attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise purchases of raw materials for production at all sites based on production and sales forecast.
- Maintain par levels and accurate price records on all raw materials.
- Manage ERP software ensuring all products are set up correctly and information is up to date.
- Lead stocktakes and assist in implementing process improvements.
- Prepare purchasing and inventory reports for Head of Operations.
- Support distribution and wholesale partners with any issues.
- Maintain good supplier relationships.
To be considered for the role, you will ideally meet the following:
- Experience with an ERP software.
- Previous experience in inventory control and supply chain.
- Passion for systems and processes.
- Strong computer skills and Intermediate-advanced MS Office skills.
- Financial acumen relevant to cost control and inventory management.
