Job Description: Assistant Brewer
Wandana Brewing Co. is located in Mullumbimby, Byron Bay’s magical hinterland. We are on the rise and are looking for an assistant brewer to join our team.
The job entails the following:
- Brew prep and brew day assistance
- Cellaring (kegging, CIP, canning line operations)
- Lots and lots of cleaning
- Pilot batch brewing
- Occasional bar work and other brewery related jobs that may pop up
A few bullet points on what we’re looking for in a successful candidate:
- Minimum one year of professional brewery experience
- A good understanding of Work Health & Safety
- Current Forklift license
- NSW RSA certificate and ability to share your beer knowledge and passion with our customers
- A positive, solution driven attitude and an organised personality
- Must be able to work flexible hours depending on demand
