To support the re-opening of Victorian hospitality they are looking for an experienced On-Premise Sales Representative.
JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES & BRAND DEVELOPMENT – ON-PREMISE
Thunder Road Brewery is a family-owned medium sized craft brewery operating out of Brunswick, Melbourne. We produce a range of core beers as well as creating innovative seasonal releases on our pilot brewing system. Our quality products partnered with our excellent customer service is a defining reason for why we stand out from the rest of the industry.
With COVID-19 restrictions lessening and Victorian pubs / bars back open, we are looking for an On-Premise Sales Representative to join our team.
Craft beer enthusiasts with strong FMCG sales backgrounds and a vast network of contacts are encouraged to apply. We're looking for someone who is both a team player and self-motivated, tenacious, and able to think outside the box, working in one of the most competitive sales environments in Australia.
What will you do?
- Call on existing on-premises customers and seek out new business opportunities
- Showcase our brands and grow keg distribution
- Coordinate brand activations including tastings and events
- And most importantly build and manage trusted relationships with our on-premises customers
What you will need, to apply:
- High level of craft beer knowledge
- Strong FMCG sales experience, preferably in the liquor industry
- An established network of liquor contacts
You will be on the road while working with our products, so you must have a full driver’s license, a current RSA and have full rights to work in Australia. This is a full-time role with flexibility around work hours that also includes the occasional weekend work. We’ll support you with the tools and resources you need to reach sales targets, as you help our customers reach theirs.
