Job Description: Trade Marketing & Merch

To support us in producing quality merch and marketing material across the business we need a Trade Marketing & Merch guru who shares our values in equality, individuality, creativity and hopefully appreciates a beer or two!
In this role we’re looking for someone who can:
- Work closely with the road crew to bring to life plans and strategies to keep punters and venues engaged through creative marketing displays
- Organise all merch orders in line with yearly rollout schedules
- Have your finger on the pulse of new fashion trends and ways to engage differently with our beer lovers
- Work with external suppliers to deliver on-point POS and merch outcomes
- Forecast and manage budgets for all deliverables
- Collaborate with designers to bring to life our beers in the merch range
- Communicate across teams to ensure clarity on projects and product rollouts
- Be super organised - like really organised

This is the job for you if you believe you have the skills to support exceptional product launches across multiple channels and venues while acting as a brand champion across all functions of the role. Ideally, you’ll have aligned experience in a similar marketing role. Having excellent communication skills are also a must, as well as creative flair, follow through and the ability to really engage with and care about brands that are built not just on great products, but people, community and experiences.
