Among the venues keeping the flame alive is The Monk, a brewpub with an uncanny knack of winning major awards.

The head brewer is moving on, so if you reckon you can keep on winning awards for them, there’s a guernsey up for grabs.

Location: Fremantle, Western Australia

Fremantle’s last true craft brewery, The Monk Brewery & Kitchen, is seeking a passionate ‘all about the beer’ brewer to come join our team. The Monk has a custom, small batch brew house that offers an ever growing range of award winning beers to its loyal customers. As the Monk’s Brewer, you will be responsible for all our brewing operations, including brewing our current beer list, and also to create attractive and exciting seasonal brews to excite the palates of our loyal customer base, and those new to trying us.

This is a hands on role, seeking a person experienced in product development and preparation of trial brews.

The successful applicant will need to be articulated & organised. Leadership skills are a must. As well as having a flexible attitude. You must possess high standards with regards to safety and quality.

A competitive remuneration package including performance based bonuses is available to the right applicant.
