To support that growth, they're looking for a production manager to join the team.
Job Description: Production Manager
JIVA Products is a Sydney Based Beverage manufacturer specialising in kombucha and wellness shots. Jiva has continued to grow, making, and distributing premium health drinks throughout Australia.
With this continued growth, we are on the hunt for our next Jiva Family Members.
We are hoping to find our next production manager & warehouse manager in the making. Joining our team, you will learn all the ins and outs of production.
What will you do:
- Monitoring production output and costs, and adjusting processes and resources to minimise costs
- Overseeing the acquisition and installation of new plant and equipment
- Directing research into production methods, and recommending and implementing initiatives
- Controlling the preparation of production records and reports
- Coordinating the implementation of occupational health and safety requirements
- Directing staff activities and monitoring their performance
- Packing pallets and ensuring dispatch of stock
Ideally you will have:
- Experience with a food & beverage manufacturer or brewer.
- Experience working under HACCP, ISO 9000 quality systems.
- Raw material handling & CIP
- Knowledge of conducting quality checks & keeping production records
- It is also expected that successful applicant will have a forklift licence or be prepared to get one.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
