We are looking to fill a number of permanent full time positions here at our Jindong production facility.
About us
We are a rapidly growing, fast paced brewery with a huge drive to make the best F*%^ing beer possible, with the lightest footprint. We are always on the search for new, innovative techniques and are never afraid to give it a go.
We will provide training for the right candidate, however trade experience as a brewer or in a similar manufacturing role will be viewed favourably.
All production team members operate on a 9-day fortnight, with rotating rostered shifts (early shift 5:30am start, late shift 10am start).
The salary on offer is in line with industry standards and assessed yearly. Our bonus program rewards beer quality, and encompasses the whole production team - one team, one goal. We have high expectations of quality and consistency and will hold you accountable to these. A three month probation period applies to all new employees.
Production Team Guide:
We are implementing a series of new processes and procedures here at HQ, with one of our key objectives being to cross train all production members in all areas of production. Key requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team,
- Able to follow SOPs
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to follow instructions from management in various areas of production
- Clear understanding of OHS requirements in dangerous work environments
- 2 years experience in a production brewery is ideal - but not required,
- Forklift ticket is mandatory - training will provided to the right candidate
- Experience on a canning line - bonus points if you’ve worked on a CODI
- Experience with a centrifuge
- Mechanical aptitude/background
- Highly adaptable to process changes and rapid evolution of SOPs
