Job Description: Western Region Account Manager

Bodriggy is a dynamic, community orientated Brewpub and Wholesale brewery operation based in Abbotsford Melbourne. We are focussed on making small batch, flavoursome and balanced beer to please those from the everyday beer drinker, right up to the craft beer lovers. 

We do this by brewing with integrity and remaining innovative. Our unique brand paired with our vision, results in us creating fun and authentic beers that are approachable for all.

We are in an exciting period of growth across both the major and independent categories and as a result, we are looking to expand our highly motivated team. We are looking for a motivated individual who possesses knowledge and proven growth within the consumer goods industry to join our team as a Sales Representative, looking after the Western Region of Victoria.

Key roles and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Responding to customer enquiries and sales leads
  • Maintaining a currently established client base
  • Actively promoting our brand and representing our portfolio in a positive manner
  • Meeting sales KPI’s and budgets in both On Premise and Off Premise channels
  • Manage sell ins for marketing campaigns and promotions effectively
  • Working with MSO groups at store level, such as Ritchies IGA and other banner groups
  • Expanding distribution across your territory
  • Building and maintaining an effective journey plan
  • In store tastings for off premise venues
  • Effective account management and maintenance

  • A ‘think outside of the box’ mentality

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in FMCG as a sales representative
  • Sound knowledge of effective territory management
  • A proven track record to meet sales targets
  • A willingness to learn and develop
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A current RSA
  • A current driver's license
  • A reliable vehicle
  • The right to work full time in Australia
