Carmel Cider is a family-run cider maker in the Perth Hills which launched in 2013.
They make a range of ciders in cans and bottles, as well as spirits, including moonshine and brandy, using fresh produce from Western Australian farmers.
If you'd like to join the team, they're hiring an assistant cider maker and distiller.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Assistant Cider Maker and Distiller

The Role:
- Juice/Cider Production
- Distillation
- Cellar Door Sales
- Deliveries
- Production Recording
As a small business the new applicant must be prepared to help with all aspects of the business. The role has a great level of diversification.
Normal hours are Monday to Friday but applicants must be prepared to fill in for the odd Cellar Door day on weekends as well as attending some festivals and events.
Must Have:
- RSA
- Approved Manager preferred but not essential
- Forklift ticket
- Manual Licence
- Some experience in either Wine, Beer, Distillation or Cider Industry
Starting Salary: $50,000
