This solo brewing role in WA’s South West offers an experienced and self-motivated brewer the opportunity to run our original brewery, brewing our tap room only releases and local core range kegs.

It is a full-time role with flexible working hours, allowing you work-life balance so you can enjoy an early surf or arvo beer around running our 25hL steam powered DME brewhouse and peripheral plant.

Responsibilities and required experience for the role are:

  • Working with the Venue Managers, Melbourne based Head of Brewing & Production Manager to develop and delivery the Margaret River production plan.
  •  Coordinating material stocks and ordering.
  • Brewhouse operation and development.
  • Managing yeast, fermentations, dry hopping & maturation.

  • Keg cleaning & filling.
  • Utility and waste management.

  • Educating WA hospitality and sales staff on new releases.
