JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES SUPPORT SUPERSTAR WANTED AT LOCAL DRINKS COLLECTIVE!
Are you passionate about great craft beer and top-notch hard seltzer? Do you love the idea of working for a multi-award-winning, independent, Australian-owned beverage group? Do you want to be part of a team dedicated to making and selling craft beverages in the country?
Due to the ongoing growth of the Local Drinks Collective portfolio, including Wayward Brewing Co, Batch Brewing Co, and W Seltzer (with new brands joining soon), we're on the hunt for an outgoing, bubbly, organised, and motivated Sales Support Superstar to join our team! Role is primarily office based but you will also be out in the field from time to time assisting with events and customer activations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Getting on the phone to service our large and growing customer base across Australia.
- Supporting our dynamic sales team with admin tasks, phone calls, emails and setting meetings.
- Keeping customer orders flowing smoothly behind the scenes so our sales team can shine.
- Jumping in to help with promotions, events, and anything else that needs a bit of extra sparkle!
Who You Are:
- You’ve got a positive attitude and a fun phone manner that makes everyone’s day a bit brighter.
- Super organised with excellent time-management skills.
- Comfortable with computers and have a good understanding of Excel, CRM's & other business software tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and ready to tackle any challenge.
- Are reliable and committed to maintaining a safe and inclusive workplace for all.
- You have a passion for craft beverages.
- Experience in a sales support role or the alcohol industry is a plus but not a must.
