Fancy working at one of the best beer bars in Melbourne?
The Junction Beer Hall and Wine Room is seeking an experienced cellar person to assist in looking after the multiple rotating taps and general organisation of their cellar.
Duties would include:
- Stock control
- Ordering
- Line cleaning
- Ensuring correct signage/decals on show
- Cleanliness of cellar
- As well as work general shifts in the bar.
Obviously a love of craft beer is a must as well as availability on weekends.
Experience in a similar role is preferential, as is a good understanding of glycol systems and general running and maintenance of beer lines and taps.
