They brew more unique beers in a year than any other brewery in the land, from sours and fruit beers to barrel-aged and high alcohol beasts.
Queensland’s Bacchus Brewing also picked up the People’s Choice award at this year’s GABS and have big plans for the future, not least with the imminent arrival of a bottling line.
And now they’re looking for a talented brewer to join the brewing team working on their unique multi-brewhouse system.
According to Bacchus' main man Ross Kenrick: “An assistant brewer is required to join our small dedicated team.
“The successful applicant will go to work on our unique, full mash, multiple kettle set up, brewing up to 12 different beers a day.
“If you are motivated & up to the challenge, any level of experience will be considered.”
