JOB DESCRIPTION: BAR STAFF & BARISTA
It’s exciting times at Moffat Beach Brewing Co. And if you share our love of craft beer and outstanding hospitality, we’d like to invite you to be part of the fun.
We’re a small but passionate team, driven by making the highest quality beer we can, and providing our customers with unforgettable experiences. On the beer side, we’re kicking some big goals, winning national awards and expanding production. And through our two venues – Beachside and Production House – we’re known for celebrating fresh local produce, live music, and delicious beers in a welcoming environment.
To help us continue the Moffat Beach journey, we’re looking for passionate hospitality professionals – a head barista, bar and floor staff – to work across our venues in Moffat Beach and Caloundra.
For us, great hospitality is the art of making a customer feel welcome and comfortable, to establish an immediate rapport with that customer, and to provide an experience they will remember and talk about with friends. We want to welcome customers into the world of craft beer, wherever they may be on their own beer journey. We’re looking for like minded people who love nothing more than delighting a customer with a wonderful experience.
Please note beer knowledge is a plus but not essential. We provide regular training in craft beer, coffee and cocktail service.
