JOB DESCRIPTION: Transit Lounge / Tasting Room Manager - Nomad Brewery

We’re looking for a beer lover to come and help us manage the front line in the Transit Lounge / Tasting Room at the Nomad Brewery.

The main duties for the manager will be responsibility for running of the bar, coordination of live music and entertainment, as well as being involved in the soon-to-be-launched Mad About Beer beer appreciation course run by our brewer, Brooks Caretta.

The role is two to three days a week, from 12pm to 7pm Friday and Saturday, as well as Sundays as we move closer to summer. This role would suit someone who has had hospitality experience and holds a good level of beer knowledge.


JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer Service Representative - Experienceit Beverages

Experienceit Beverages is looking for a Customer Services Representative based in the Northern Beaches.

Started four years ago by husband and wife team, Kerrie and Johnny, the company has grown to become one Australia’s most respected importers and distributors of local and international craft beer.

We have a nationwide team of Sales Representatives, as well as office based operations staff, and we're looking to take our customer service one step further by employing an all-important Customer Services Representative to be the “front line” face of the business.

This will be a dedicated person who processes, tracks and ensures the most efficient delivery of the product to our customers. The role is important not only for the relationship with our customers but also our logistics partners; our large portfolio is currently stored with a number of third party logistics services and we use a wide range of logistics companies to ship to customers Australia-wide.

As the office-based representative, you'll work closely with our current Operations Manager to be the central point of reference and support to our Australia-wide Sales Representatives. We see your role as being the glue that holds the EI family together.

Based in the office of our partner brewery in Brookvale, Nomad Brewing, we see this as a permanent part time role based at the office five days a week, five hours a day. We hope these hours enable a flexible work/life balance between work and other commitments.
