JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES REPS - MELBOURNE AND SYDNEY
Is working in the Craft Beer industry a must for your survival? If so, two exciting opportunities exist for a Craft Beer Enthusiast/Sales Extraordinaire in Melbourne and Sydney.
Two Birds Brewing are seeking energetic, self-motivated and beer-passionate ambassadors, who will be responsible for representing our brand and building sales. The position is for a goal orientated person and you will be an integral member of a growing, dynamic team in an exciting industry.
With an established network of contacts in the industry, you will secure new business, while maintaining and building relationships with existing accounts.
Targeting both on-premise and off-premise outlets, you will be responsible for revenue growth and increased market share.
Job Functions
- Maintain and build existing retailer and venue relationships and develop new business
- Successful sale, distribution and growth of our products
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Increase brand awareness through on and off-premise events
- Assist in the development of the sales and growth strategy
Job Requirements
- A strong knowledge of the industry and sales techniques
- Ability to prioritise and focus independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong networking ability and high self motivation to succeed
- A passion for, and knowledge of, craft beer
- A background and contacts in beer sales is preferred
- Flexible work schedule, night and weekend work will be required
- All candidates should reside in or around the Melbourne or Sydney area
- Valid driver's license and use of a car everyday
