Dainton Family Brewing has been responsible for brewing an eclectic range of typically hop forward beers, first as a gypsy operation, now at its own brewery. They're looking for a sales & marketing all-rounder to help drive the business forward.

JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

THE ROLE

We want a passionate, excited, enthused, engaging and driven individual who can create and drive forwards our in-house brands. Creating and implementing a sales and marketing strategy is the key role we envisage for this position.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Produce marketing and sales activity plans and develop and execute both traditional and digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales
  • Work to agreed targets for all activities providing tracking to enable effective measurement and return on investment (ROI). Analyse and report on outcomes of all activities against expectation.
  • Working closely with distributors, customers and consumers to understand current market place activity and trends
  • Work to ensure the right audiences are targeted with the right messages at the right time, identifying, planning and delivering a range of sales enablement tools, including all web pages, information sheets, client case studies, brochures and folders etc.
  • Create and edit the relevant content for the website, packaged goods and social media channels.
  • Website SEO and SEM.
  • The creation and management of all relevant events, from the distribution of invitations, venue selection, registrations, managing attendee lists to sending confirmation emails, follow up phone calls etc.
  • Coordinate and manage regular email communications - from liaising with the content creators (internally and externally) through to the build, production, delivery and reporting.
  • Develop relevant social media content, to drive the overall company marketing.
  • Handle web and social media administrative functions, such as newsletter preferences, moderating user-generated content, user feedback and trouble-shooting.
  • Creating a real “pull” from the consumer end is paramount. We want the brand to scream excitement and fun!
  • Demonstrating and increase in sales is key to this role. Whilst marketing planning is vital, ROI from sales and profit increase is paramount.
