JOB DESCRIPTION: EXPERIENCED BREWER (VIC)
Temple Brewing Company is an inner-city brewery based in Brunswick East, Melbourne, which includes a 20hl brewhouse, bar, function room and full kitchen.
We are looking for an experienced brewer to join the team at Temple to help grow and expand the current range of award winning beers.
Reporting directly to the Head Brewer, you will be involved in all aspects of the brewing process from wort production and fermentation to filtering, bottling, kegging, record keeping and everything else that an experienced brewer knows they will be involved in.
Requirements:
- Love of beer and the beer making process
- Minimum two years experience
- Brewing qualifications or currently engaged in studies
- Forklift licence is an advantage
- Driver's licence
The most important aspect in finding the right person is someone who can come in and fit in with the structure and personnel that are already in place. This is not a place to bring an ego, but an opportunity for us all to learn and grow.
