Clifton Hill Brewpub has transformed from an old corner pub into a venue pouring an eclectic mix of beers brewed right next to the front bar, collecting silverware along the way. 

If you want to lead all things beer for the brewery, the Clifton Hill team is on the hunt for a new head brewer.

Job Description: Head Brewer

The Clifton Hill Brewpub is award winning for its food and beers. We are looking for a new head brewer to take over all things Brewing. Located approximately 3km from Melbourne CBD and conveniently located on the 89 Tram Route and a seven min walk from Clifton Hill Station, the Brewpub is easily accessible by public transport.

What we’re offering:

  • A dynamic position as Head of an established micro-brewery.
  • Highly flexible work environment (opportunity for part time or full time work).
  • Knowledge of barrel ageing and kettle sours an advantage
  • Almost all beer produced goes through the taps of the Brewpub, 7 rotating taps to brew one-off and unique beers such as a kettle soured NEIPA

What we expect:

You are in control of the brewery and are expected to be competent in all areas of brewery operations.  

The ideal candidate will be able to show proven experience in a brewing or similar environment.  We are a small batch producer that takes pride in every beer that we produce and we need you to too!
