MEDIA RELEASE: BLACKHEARTS & SPARROWS APPOINTS FIRST GENERAL MANAGER OF SALES & MARKETING - TATUM AMBLER
Blackhearts & Sparrows, a sibling-owned independent business since 2006, is excited to announce a significant milestone in its journey. Tatum Ambler has been appointed as the company’s first General Manager of Sales & Marketing, further solidifying its position as a dynamic brand and taking an exciting step into the future of Blackhearts & Sparrows.
After six years working at Taboo, most recently as the creative agency’s Strategic Director, Ambler has a wealth of knowledge and experience in creating culturally led work with an emphasis on participation and notes: “Blackhearts & Sparrows is such a great brand and has so much love and credibility – it’s this essence that drew me to B&S first as a customer and now as GMSM.”
Her history and passion for brand building and creating ideas that people want to be a part of is exactly the reason that co-owners, Jessica and Paul Ghaie, think makes Ambler the perfect person to build on Blackhearts & Sparrows’ success and take their company to the next level.
As for what’s in store, Ambler notes: “B&S have great cultural credibility that has made them a category leader and trusted brand amongst drinkers—that is a deep well to explore. There has been a lot of change in the category and drinking behaviour in the last few years and with that comes great opportunity. I'm looking forward to seeing where the edges of change take us.”
