Head brewer Damien Bussemaker’s favourite from the lineup of debut beers, Bailey’s Red is lighter leaning for style. The easy-drinking, sub-5 percent ABV ale rolls with light toasted malt, caramel, a piney anchor and rising bitterness, although this never expresses itself boldly.
Bailey’s Red is a second, or third pint beer, that’s crafted for casual supervision of the brewery’s lawn.
