Beer Deep South Brewing Flat Witch XPA

Like the rest of Deep South Brewing’s core range, Flat Witch’s inspiration comes from Tasmania’s coast, with the island sitting off the state's south-west. But the XPA further celebrates the brewery's home with the beer making full use of the Galaxy and Eclipse hops grown a short drive up the road.

The modern XPA also employs oats in the malt beer to provide a smooth base that carries a mix of mandarin, stone fruit and passionfruit. With little in the way of bitterness, it’s the kind of easy-drinking, hoppy beer you're likely to see disappear in no time flat too.
