Despite having made many hoppy beers over the years and winning many fans with them, the Grifter Brewing Company has never seen fit to go too heavy handed on the hop bag and booze and venture into double IPA territory. But, five years in, they've finally gone all the way.
The new beer, Crocodile Tears, will be launched at The Noble Hops in Redfern on Friday, July 28, as part of a tap takeover with the brewers there to share a few with you.
Doors open at 4pm and there's only one keg, so be in smartly if you want to try it.
