Friday is the time to get funky.
On August 30, Whitehart Bar will be showcasing beers from Future Mountain, the brewers and blenders from Reservoir who specialise in farmhouse, mixed fermentation and barrel-aged beers with an innovative twist.
The master brewer will be bringing along two of Future Mountain's core range beers and two specialty brews, so you can have a chat and get a sense of what the FM crew are all about.
The beers:
- Jezebel 4.8% - A farmhouse pale ale, fermented with a blend of French saison and farmhouse yeasts
- A Million Stars 5.5% - A dark farmhouse ale with added black pepper, cardamom, rosemary, star anise and juniper berries and hopped with the French hop, Aramis to bring forward heady bouquet of spice and pine
- Alameda 5.6% - A select blend of golden sour beers aged in oak barrels
- Howling Forever 5.7% - A mixed fermentation saison, fermented with a blend of French saison and farmhouse yeasts and aged for six months in oak barrels with the Future Mountain mixed culture
