If you're going to make the effort to put on a big beer dinner, you might as well go the whole hog. Or, if you're the Notting Hill Hotel, two hogs.
That's what'll be on the menu on May 28 when they host their first 'Pig Walks Into A Brewery' event that will see chefs Tony Twitchett and Andy Tsai team up to pull a five course feast from the smoker in the pub's beautiful and bountiful beer garden.
You'll be kept well lubricated thanks to beers from Black Dog Brewery, King River Brewery and Mitta Mitta Brewing Co – including an exclusive collaboration – and the laughs will be provided by none other than Peter Hellier.
