What's better than wrapping your lips around a much-loved annual beer release? How about adding whisky and doing it before everyone else at an exclusive dinner...
To celebrate the arrival of the fifth edition of their annual strait-crossing, barrel-swapping beer and whisky double release, Wolf Of The Willows and Lark Distillery will be teaming up with Beer DeLuxe for an epic evening that showcases some of the best of all three businesses.
Exec Chef Telina Menzies will be serving up a ten dish, nose-to-tail-type degustation – expect everything from wagyu to salted chocolate marrow – that'll be paired with a range of Wolf Of The Willows beers and Lark whisky. Amongst them will be the first ever chance to try the fruits of this year's barrel exchange program: the Lark Barrel Aged Imperial JSP V and Lark Wolf V single malt.
What's more, you'll have the experts behind each of the creations on hand to talk about their respective arts and how they've brought them together for this unique occasion.
